Static effect- Amy

We have been working with the different effects that we can use in our short film, 
I have literally just finished our final choice for this effect, the "Bad TV" effect on Final Cut Pro is the source of this effect we have created. 
I have basically been messing around with the static level, camera roll and the waviness of our shot to cover up our transition and to create the effect of Slender man being near this creates the feeling of suspense and especially when the audience find out that Slender Man makes technical equipment go all weird when he is around will give the audience a sense of fear for the characters and give the audience the realisation that the characters may actually be in a lot of trouble. This also allows them to connect the shots together and makes them feel as if they are part of solving the mystery it also makes them want to watch the rest of the short film to see what is going to happen.
